Accounting Tasks:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash flow.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and monthly closing activities.
- Help with audit preparation and assist in submitting tax-related documents.
Administrative Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring stocks are updated and ordering is done in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth office operations.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
