Accounting Tasks:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash flow.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and monthly closing activities.
  • Help with audit preparation and assist in submitting tax-related documents.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, inquiries, and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring stocks are updated and ordering is done in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth office operations.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
