As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers resolve issues, answer inquiries, and provide them with accurate information about our services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers: Provide outstanding support via phone, email, or chat interactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Problem Solver: Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints swiftly, always maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Account Management: Help customers manage their accounts, process payments, address billing issues, and troubleshoot service-related problems.
  • Deliver Service Excellence: Go above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued, heard, and satisfied with our services.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with our products, services, and policies, ensuring you provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with your team to provide exceptional service and escalate issues when necessary, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre environment is required. Previous experience in utilities or telecommunications is a plus. Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service are also welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mind-set.
    • Ability to handle high-volume calls or inquiries in a professional and calm manner.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (CRM systems).
  • Education: SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
  • Location: Willingness to work at the Kuala Lumpur or Penang branch as required.
