POSITION SUMMARY:

Customer Care Consultants (CCC) resolve customer complaints via phone and chat. CCCs greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and cross-sell products. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Professionally interact with customers through voice and non-voice channels. - Escalate complaints, cross-sell products, and retain customers. - Achieve productivity standards while maintaining high customer service levels. - Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management. - Be accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree
  • Experience in customer service roles is desirable.
  • Past working experience in contact/call center is encouraged to apply
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused
  • Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills
  • Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work on public holidays, and weekends (ROTATIONAL SHIFT BASIS; 9AM - 9PM)
  • Able to start immediately
