· To lead, manage and responsible for the full spectrum of the Human Resources functions. · Enhance, support, implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs and process flow. · Enhance the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions and appraisals format for all positions. · Preparing pay budgets, recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revisions. · Manages talent acquisition & recruitment, training and development program, the career development program, retention program and succession planning. · IR & ER related matters – grievance / counselling / disciplinary among the employees are well addressed within the agreed timeline and promote a harmonious working environment. · Planning and implementing smooth running of office and ensure all office facilities are in good order. · Provide human resources monitoring and advice to the executive leadership team and all managers and employees of the scope, with the framework of Group HR policy. · Analyze and manage employee performance KPI’s in order to improve the overall performance of organizations (absenteeism, turnover, discipline.) · Responsible on application and renewal foreign workers. · Foreign workers and hostels management. - Experience in manufacturing industries as HR Manager · Performs other duties as assigned.
