CNC MACHINIST

- Performs machine set-ups, model change according to mechanical drawings and engineering orders - Checks machined parts for conformance to prescribed tolerances - Operates Computer Numerical Control (CNC) auto-lathe with Fanuc controller. - Ensure Production Capacity is measured and optimized - Responsible for the accountability of both Raw Material Inventory and Finished Goods Inventory - Supervise section leaders in their relevant areas of work- driving productivity and effective communication - In charge of machine maintenance and spare parts so as to minimize machine down time - Carry out machine improvement activities to ensure high productivity and quality improvement activities to ensure low reject - Able controller the other machine or have multi skill. - Machine setup / change model. - Machine operation and routine maintenance.
