Quality Resident Engineer

1. Prepare AKSB Master Schedule program. 2. Coordinate and execute project based on AKSB Master Schedule Program. 3. Analysis all part required for every event based on AKSB Master Schedule Program. 4. Reporting to H.O.D for development status. 5. Get the Feasibility Study Format / signed by Core Team / HOD’s. 6. Ensure all quality procedures related to project department are fulfilled. 7. Get the approval from Project H.O.D before informing all event status to Customer based on AKSB Master Schedule Program. 8. Prepare / revised Process Flow Chart for each product at initial stage of the project. 9. Conduct project meeting among Core teams. 10. Prepare Line Trial Installation schedule 1 month before actual Installation. 11. Follow up Buy Off Local & Oversea New Machine / Assembly Jig / Checking Fixture. 12. In charge for (APQP / SPTT) visit and Run & Rate. 13. Monitor and follow up the effectiveness of manpower with all department manpower related to project development. 14. To monitor Control Plan & PFMEA during project development. 15. To monitor Document including PIS / IRS during development. 16. Monitor testing (Tensile, cut check & Zenbara) related to product during development stage. 17. Inform and follow up core team regarding customer issue during development at every event. 18. Attend and analysis issues at customer during development stage. 19. Attend trial activity for all stages during development. 20. Ensure all related documents received for handover are signed by respective HOD’s. 21. Coordinate handover meeting before Mass Production.
