SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Maintenance and repair engineers focus on the optimization of equipment, procedures, machineries and infrastructure. They ensure their maximum availability at minimum costs. Project management, planning, scheduling, monitoring and updates to meet targets on time Possess strong leadership quality, good planning and organization skills. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Coordinate site installation activities and monitor site work progress. Able to liaise effectively with customer, sub-contractors and technical departments to resolve problems and expedite progress. Manage a team of site supervisors in industrial site. Work closely and communicate with vendors or partners, main contractors, subcontractors, and others at the site to avoid site complication. Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction. Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress. Analyze drawings, sketches and design data to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, machine speeds and feed rates. Prepare CNC programming, monitoring CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design. Implement 5S and Kaizen activities continuously. To establish or review safety work procedures in order to ensure all works performed are compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines. Hands-on experience using advanced design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Insights into the design and engineering of customized retail store fixtures. A portfolio of impactful, real-world projects. Proficient in software tools such as (AutoCAD).
