Contract Manager

i) To be in-charge of all pre and post contract administration for designated project ii) Preparation and monitoring of project costing at regular basis, preparing taking off quantity and preliminary estimation iii) To advise on tendering procedures and contractual arrangement iv) Coordinate with the consultants for preparation of tender documents, drawings and providing cost estimates v) Organize tender calling, conduct tender interviews, evaluating tender received and recommending for award of contracts, checking taking off quantity, calling quotation and cost breakdown comparison vi) Attend site meeting, site valuation and preparing payment certificated for contractors, consultants, sub-contractors vii) Valuation of variation orders and preparing final account statements viii) Ad-hoc as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
