Machinist

Job Requirements: • Possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a High School Certificate in the Machinist Programme, or an equivalent qualification. • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the fabrication industry. • Proficient in programming and operating semi-automated tools and machines, such as lathes, welding machines, milling machines, drilling machines, etc. • Capable of completing tasks within set targets. Key Responsibilities: • Review sample drawings or instructions to understand specifications and desired outputs. • Plan the sequence of actions required to complete assigned tasks. • Be available to work overtime, rest days, and public holidays when necessary. • Monitor and maintain machines in good working condition, and perform minor repairs for any breakdowns.
