CREATIVE OFFICER

Responsibilities: • Able to produce and edit video in order to promote horse racing events, stories and behind-the scenes features. • Create and develop video content optimized for various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube and Facebook. • Assist in capturing and editing high-resolution images at horse racing events, promotional shoots, and other activities using Adobe Photoshop or similar software to ensure they meet brand guidelines and standards. • Develop creative concepts for multimedia content, collaborate with the designer to create visually appealing assets, incorporate text overlays, motion graphics, and animations where necessary to enhance video and photo content, assisting in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative ideas for campaigns to achieve marketing goals and enhance audience engagement. • Optimizing social media in customizing videos and photos to fit platform-specific requirements, such as aspect ratios, resolutions, file formats and stay updated with latest trends and technology Requirements: • Diploma/ Degree In Digital Media / Marketing/ Design or any related discipline • 2-3 years working experience in video production, photography and post-production editing with excellent videography and photography skills.
