Wintel Engineer

• Health check for vcenter servers covering Esxi Hosts, Datastores from vcenter Management portal • Health check for Nutanix Prism/HCI infra • Health check for Hypderlflex/HCI infra • Cover the auto dialler during the working hours – close/resolve the Alerts for memory/cpu/Disk • Provision servers for Prod-Non Prod infra for Tripwire/VA scan remediations on the Wintel Servers for the existing PROD/Non-Prod Servers • Resources Modifications for Non Prod Servers memory/CPU/Disk – Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 Servers • Vmware infra related work – Esxi Hosts failure, vCenter Issues, Engage Vendors/Principal vendor to resolve Issues • UCS Infra – Fabric interconnect/Hyperflex deployments – Troubleshooting and Vendor engagements for issues • Deploy new vCenters/upgrades/updates • Esxi hosts upgrade/update or new deployment vmware standard and distributed switch configurations • Hardware failure replacement – DR exercise conduct/guidelines and management overall infra health/design/improvements • Microsoft failover cluster for SQL Always On Clusters performance troubleshootings for DB, APP, Web • New Deployments for the Microsoft failover clusters • Incident review, eliminate any tier1/2/3 alerts and plan the work • Any activity which is in Wintel Scope for major changes/incidents/RCAs • Zerto Replication – Zerto Manager – Activities – Creating/Modify/Troubleshoot VPGs/VRAs • VMWare VRA/VRO, VROPS, Syslog, NSX Administration/troubleshooting • Visits to DC for any incident or project related work – including cabling requests – New server onboarding process
