1. Manage transportation of goods and materials Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods/materials to designated destinations. Pick up goods from the factory, send them to the warehouse Obey all traffic laws, regulations and company policies to ensure the safety of yourself and the cargo Secure loaded goods using straps, tie-downs, or other appropriate methods to prevent shifting or damage while in transit Unload products or materials from delivery vehicle, paying attention to fragile or sensitive items. 2. Manage Delivery report Prepare delivery records, delivery schedules, mileage, fuel consumption and any incidents that occur during transportation. Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts and bills of lading, are completed accurately and submitted to Head of Unit, Vehicle management. Provide regular updates on delivery status, including departure times, expected arrival times, delays or any issues encountered during transportation.
