Retail Executive

Responsibility:- -Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving the department sales targets and margins. -To coach, motivate and inspire a team. -Assist to drive sales, develop a customer base and deliver a high standard of service that will be highly talked about. Requirement:- -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Retail Management, Hospitality, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent. -At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. -A natural motivator, highly driven and inspirational team player. A strong communicator, sales-driven and customer-oriented. -Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley Parkson Stores. -Successful candidates will undergo training in one of our selected Parkson Store.
