Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities: • To ensure the smooth operations of the Food & Beverage Outlets by being responsible for the proper supervision and function of the Bar Outlets/Pool Terrace. • Establish standard operating procedures for the outlets such as taking orders, services provided, mixing of drinks and beverages etc. Ensure quality standards are met through members’ feedback. • Control and minimize wastage for cost containment. Ensure proper stock control to minimize pilferage. • Orientate and train staff on procedures of service for new recruits • Conduct training session, regular briefings for staff within your department. • Conduct routine inspection to ensure all equipment and fittings are in good condition. Keep preventive maintenance record. • Maintain and update Bars inventory lists, inform purchasing to replenish stock.
