  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

- Support in conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.

- Help in documenting and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.

- Assist with the preparation and review of quality documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

- Participate in the analysis of customer feedback, complaints, and non-conformances to improve product/service quality.

- Support the quality team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

- Assist in creating and delivering quality training sessions for employees on key quality management processes.

- Help monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.

- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and industry regulations is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about quality management principles.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to RM1.00 per month
