Primary Responsibilities
· Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
· Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
· Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring reviews are conducted in a timely manner.
· Assist in preparing reports related to HR.
· Responsible to manage, monitor and ensure admin & operation functions in the company compliance with SOPs.
· Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing HR documents and maintaining records.
· Proactively manage the panel claims, payment and status update of third party panel providers, vendors, suppliers and service providers.
· Dealing with patient, doctor, and staff queries, both in person, by phone, and electronically
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
