Job Scope:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Management
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure campaigns achieve or exceed benchmarks, driving both brand visibility and conversions.
  • Certification and Skill Application
  • Utilize advanced knowledge from Meta and Google certifications to enhance ad targeting, creative optimization, and budget allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in Google and Meta algorithms, policies, and best practices to maintain high campaign effectiveness.
  • Content & Creative Coordination
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets that align with campaign objectives.
  • Optimize content for relevance, engagement, and conversion, tailoring messaging based on platform and audience.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to measure campaign performance and ROI, using Google Analytics, Meta Business Insights, and other analytics tools.
  • Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to management and clients.
  • SEO & SEM Integration
  • Support SEO efforts to complement paid strategies, ensuring keyword alignment and effective search engine marketing (SEM) practices.
  • Identify and leverage high-performing keywords for both organic and paid strategies to drive maximum traffic and conversions.
  • Budget Management
  • Manage digital ad budgets across platforms, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Forecast and report on budget expenditures, adjusting as needed to meet campaign goals efficiently.
  • Client Communication & Reporting
  • Prepare and present campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to clients or management.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries related to digital campaign performance and optimizations.
  • Trend Analysis & Continued Learning
  • Continuously explore new features and trends in Meta and Google platforms, applying these insights to keep campaigns innovative.
  • Participate in additional training and obtain further certifications as necessary to enhance expertise in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate and Google Ads Certification (in Search, Display, or Video as applicable).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, keyword strategies, and A/B testing techniques.
  • Having experience with 小红书 is a plus point

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
