IT PMO Analyst (1 Year Retainer)

FarmByte Sdn Bhd, a leading technological agrobusiness solution company, is expanding its digital capacity and actively looking for talents that could serve on a freelance basis for 1 year, in assisting to complete some of its major projects. The Job Description for the prospect IT PMO Analyst are as below;

• Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide project status updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and change requests.
• Identify and recommend improvements to project management processes and methodologies.
• Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Provide support to the Project Management Office in various administrative tasks and activities.

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, preferably PowerBI or similar dashboard design tools.
• Business analysis experience is a plus, including requirements elicitation and process documentation.
• Basic IT governance experience is an advantage, with an understanding of IT policies and standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with a data-related educational background are encouraged to apply
