JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, including waiters, chefs, and support staff.
  • Provide guidance and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure the outlet operates within budget.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety standards.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet the established standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and upselling opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote special events or promotions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on the reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.
