CREWING OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring operational crew compliance and changes to crew rosters.
• Require regular liaison with crew management, OCC team and other operation networks within Batik Air Malaysia.
• Providing report to OCC department for any occurrence during shift.
• Ensuring flights depart on schedule and crew covered with required crew compliment
• Planning and maintaining crew schedule day to day in accordance to rules and regulations.
• Monitoring crew check-in and communicating with crew for roster changes
• Ensure sufficient number of days off are given to crews in the period of 28 days.
• Situational awareness for advance planning in any case of events
• Manage action, follow up and provide feedback on current situations to higher management.

Key Requirements:

• One or more years of finance experience in a progressively growing capacity
• Diploma/degree (any level), preferably in Aviation Management.
• Strong internal controls background, industry knowledge of best practice for finance operations
• Strong command of written and verbal English.
• Proven in growing a team and implementing transformation with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good time-management skills and able to manage task in a systematic manner
• Able to simplify and communicate effectively
• Critical thinker and meticulous
