Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order Management:
o Generate and meticulously process purchase requests from internal and external stakeholders, adhering to
procurement policies and guidelines.
o Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any
discrepancies prior to purchase orders issuance.
- Goods Receipt Coordination:
o Oversee the goods receipt process, meticulously verifying the accuracy of received items against purchase
orders.
o Collaborate seamlessly with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient and organized receipt of
goods, leveraging insights into relevant technologies such as 5G, AI, and automation.
- Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of purchase orders, goods received, and re ated
documentations.
o Prepare insightful reports that highlight procurement and goods receipt metrics, contributing to data driven decision-making in the realm of 5G, AI, automation, data, and enterprise solutions.
o Implement intelligent data management practices to minimize delays and errors in the PR/PO process.
- Technology Integration:
o Proficiency in using procurement software and advanced technology tools for the efficient management of
purchase orders and goods receipt processes.
o Actively explore opportunities for automation and innovation in procurement processes, leveraging
technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
o Strong ability to adapt to technological advancements and drive innovation in procurement processes.
- Proactive Collaboration:
o Foster proactive collaboration not only with vendors but also within internal teams, including warehouse
and logistics, to streamline procurement processes and implement technological advancements effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge in Network Telecommunication industry.
- Experience in network and procurement coordination or related roles.
- Good knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain Management
- Proficiency in using procurement software and advanced technology tools.
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Capability of influence.
- Good and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to take a new challenge
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
