Job Summary:
As a Website Traffic and Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in increasing website traffic, optimizing customer acquisition channels, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to attract, retain, and convert visitors into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and guide Marketing Agencies for the following
Traffic Generation -
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to the brand's website through paid, earned, and owned media channels.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
Content Marketing
- Support Brand to plan and execute compelling content strategies, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and social media campaigns, to attract and engage target audiences.
- Work closely with design teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy aligned with the brand's identity.
Performance Monitoring
- Track, analyze, and report website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hotjar.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Campaign Management
- Work with agencies to design and implement email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Work with agencies to partner with influencers and affiliates to amplify brand awareness and website visits.
E-Commerce Optimization
- Collaborate with operation teams to ensure product pages are optimized for search, usability, and conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve website performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the social media, PR, and digital marketing to ensure a cohesive brand message across channels.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners for specialized marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
1) Experience: ~3 years of experience in fashion / apparel digital marketing, website traffic growth, or related fields, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
2) Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Rakuten, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
3) Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4) Qualities
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of digital consumer behavior.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
