Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate the successful execution of projects within the organization.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor project progress, including timelines, kick-offs, resource arrangements, and closures.
• Lead quality assurance efforts to maintain high standards across all deliverables.
• Provide detailed updates to stakeholders, including customers and internal sales teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports for transparency and organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project status updates, ensuring clear communication with all participants.
• Implement and manage necessary changes to meet project deliverables effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
• Oversee overall project tracking (e.g., WO Number, Account Manager, PO Received Date, Customer PO Number, Total Value Excl. Tax, Mandays, Key Dates: Kick-off, Commencement, First Draft Submission, and Closure).
• Manage upcoming project details (e.g., Project Name, Customer Name, Target Commencement Date, and Mandays Required).

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in file management, transcription, and other administrative tasks.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
