  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the end-to-end e-commerce experience, from website development to optimization.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business goals across e-commerce platforms.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce technologies to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to make data-driven decisions that drive growth.
  • Enhance the customer journey through improved site navigation, personalization, and seamless design.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Drive online sales, optimize conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee website design, functionality, and content to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
  • Manage daily operations on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Shopify platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end e-commerce management, including website development and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Shopify).
  • Familiarity with skincare products is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization and user experience enhancement.
  • Skills in market research and competitor analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
