A. JOB SUMMARY:
* Responsible to check documents, scan and send to customer through email and courier.
* Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
* Manage the intake, handling, and storage of documentation for organizations.
* Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
* Liaise with transporters on POD submissions and follow up accordingly
* Understand customer requirement and ensure the smooth facilitation of processing of invoice submission within Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and timeframes.
* Ad-hoc duties assigned
* Report to HOD for any discrepancy or issue.

C. AUTHORITIES
Authority and Accountability
Authority
i) Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents, based on customer requirements, and work directly with stations to ensure understanding and adherence
ii) Drive Process Improvement Initiatives and Corrective Action Plans with the customer
iii) Provide complete documents to customers
Accountability
i) Ensuring the trucking list is up to date
ii) To achieve submission KPI
iii) Keeping proper physical & digital filing on all necessary documents
D. QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education & Experience
· Minimum Diploma or Equivalent
· Proficiency in the use of Advance in Excel/PowerPoint will be needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
