Position Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely delivery of standardized training materials and resources to country L&D Managers.
- Assist country L&D Managers in effectively implementing training programs aligned with ZUS Coffee’s global standards.
- Ensure all training programs align with ZUS Coffee’s global L&D framework while accommodating regional requirements.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in collaboration with country L&D Managers and suggest improvements.
- Create and manage platforms or sessions for country L&D Managers to share best practices and challenges.
- Serve as the primary communication channel between the central Academy and regional L&D teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Provide guidance and assistance to country L&D Managers during the pre-opening training phase for new markets.
- Use tools to monitor regional training completion rates, compliance, and outcomes, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Reinforce ZUS Coffee’s core values, culture, and standards across all training initiatives.
- Ensure training materials provided to country L&D Managers are up-to-date and aligned with the latest company policies, products, and procedures.
- Provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions to develop the skills of country L&D Managers and enhance their ability to execute training programs effectively.
- Assist regional teams in submitting customization requests for training materials to the central Academy while ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Proactively gather feedback on training-related challenges faced by regional teams and propose solutions to the central Academy.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and practices in learning and development that could benefit ZUS Coffee’s international operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must possess a Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality or any related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field and have a strong PR skills.
- Experience working with training needs analysis (TNA), instructional design, and learning strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Ability to manage cross-cultural teams and adapt training materials to different regional needs and challenges while maintaining global standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate training goals, expectations, and feedback to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to communicate clearly with multicultural teams and adjust messaging to different audiences.
- Open to change and flexible in adjusting strategies, training materials, and delivery methods to meet regional needs and challenges.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, particularly in a company undergoing international expansion.
