Internship – Social Media (Mandarin Speaker)

We are currently hiring an Intern for Social Media Department to drive the growth and expansion of Adviser2U. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop social media content (文案编辑) in both Mandarin and English.
• Assist Social Media Manager with the management of social media clients.
• Foster positive engagement with our clients by responding to inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
• Create and manage social media accounts on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Twitter.
• Liaise with clients regarding the direction of their social media posts.
• Collaborate with designers to bring out the client’s brand voice.
• Update client package status in a timely manner.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media or any related field.
• Good written and communication skills in Mandarin are required
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure
• Basic graphic or video editing skills (e.g., CapCut 剪影) is an added advantage
