Language & Communication Interventionist Aide

SPARK Child Development Centre (SCDC) is a child rehabilitation center focused on therapist-parent partnership and we are practicing Transdisciplinary approach.

• We are looking for quick-learners who are fun and playful around kids to be our holistic Interventionist.
• To excel in this role, quick adaptation, emotional resilience and fun creativity will be your best tools.
• On-the-job training will be provided to equip you with the skills you need and our support for you never stops.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Bachelor. Masters holders are also welcome to apply.
• Field of study: English Language & Literature, TESL , Psychology, or anything else that is relevant.
• Work experience is not compulsory. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply :)
• Compassion and empathy with a thirst for knowledge
• Able to communicate well with team members
• Good command of English proficiency
• Take ownership of your work

JOB INFORMATION

• To conduct lesson for individuals or small groups of students.
• To prepare lesson plan and teaching materials or resources for lessons.
• To assist in monitoring and tracking the progress of individuals according to learning goals set under the supervision of Special Needs Coordinator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
