COMPANY SECRETARIAL ASSISTANT required by an Audit firm/Company Secretarial firm in Phileo Damansara One, Sect 16, PJ.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least, Bachelor Degree Corporate Administration, Professional Secretarial Certificate, or at least 1 year work experience or equivalent.
· Familiar with provisions of the Companies Act 2016, CCM and other relevant regulatory acts, laws and guidelines.
· Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office application, MyCoID, MBRS system for online submissions to SSM.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact with people at all levels.
· Able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and able to demonstrate high degree of commitment with initiative, willingness to accept challenges and able to work under pressure.
· Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
· To liaise with clients, auditors, SSM and other relevant authorities as and when required.
· Advise on, and ensure clients’ compliance with the Companies Act, 2016 and other relevant statutory requirements.
· Responsible for the preparation of Annual Returns using the MBRS system.
· To manage the company secretarial compliance work which include preparation of resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, maintenance of statutory records and lodgement of requisite statutory returns to the relevant authorities.
· Monitor the filing requirements of the statutory documents with SSM and ensure the same is properly kept and updated.
· Ensure all regulatory returns including annual returns, annual accounts, etc are filed with SSM on time.
· Ensure shareholder details, share transfer, appointment/resignation of directors are completed on time and filed with SSM and updated in Register of Members and Statutory Books.
· Handle incorporation of the company as well striking off/winding up of the company.
· Prepare, arrange and ensure timely submission of statutory forms, returns and notifications in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.
· Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- secretarial: 1 year (Required)
