Leasing & Tenancy Executive

You'll make a difference by:

• To assist on Sourcing new location and event location.
• To assist on New Tenancy Management, ensure Letter of Offer, Booking Fees, Deposit, Stamped TA, Borang F or CCC related issue duly completed and signed.
• Basic Negotiation with Landlord on the renewals, relocation, closure and operational matters with related solicitors, insurance agents, local authorities and within internal stakeholder.
• To assist on Renewal Management, ensure Renewal Letter, Renewal TA, Top Up Deposit is completed.
• To assist on Event Coordination.
• To ensure Group Tenancy Listing is always maintained.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with landlords / property owners and provide support on all leasing related matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Your success is grounded in:

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Property Management or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experiences in tenancy administration, retail property management, legal assistant or similar.
• Good communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (If any)
• Competent with using MS excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
