Role: Business Support Agent (Analyst/Specialist)

Working Location: 1 First Avenue, Bandar Utama.

Working hour: 10am to 7pm

Contract: 12 Months Renewable Basis

About Job:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Business Support Agent for our digital banking platform. In this role, you will ensure seamless resolution of customer inquiries and operational support while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, digital banking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operational activities in payments/loans/cards processes.
  • Ensure all assigned cases are processed in accordance to operational manual and standard operating procedure and within established SLAs.
  • Ensure processes are performed in compliance with the Bank’s standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with SG Business Operations team and any other relevant teams to review new, existing or potential operational problems, complaints and queries and ensure they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or university degree.
  • At least 1 year of relevant banking experience in payments/loans/cards.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Hardworking, self-driven, highly motivated and meticulous individual.
  • Possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Being agile and able to work in a fast-changing environment, while possessing a positive attitude and can-do spirit.
  • Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
