JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The candidate will undertake the following duties and more as instructed by the Project Manager:
1. Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, prepare minute of meeting, prepare report, drafting invoices, project documentation, slides presentation, etc
2. Assisting in liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
3. Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
4. Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
5. Assisting in analyzing data as required
6. Assisting in tracking and reporting project progress
7. Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field, or commensurate experience.
2. A minimum 1 of experience in project management role or a related field.
3. Good documentation skills.
4. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
5. Good planning, organizational and time management skills.
On the Job Training will be provided.
Salary offered will be based on the experience.
Work Location: Kg. Baru, Kuala Lumpur.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
