  • Ensure timely delivery of stock and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking based on demand and forecast.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of F&B outlets, coordinate with outlet supervisor and staff to address any operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure all outlets comply with the company’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly review inventory reports to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained across all outlets.
  • Minimize wastage by monitoring product usage, implementing efficient stock control systems and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement, stock levels, and operational performance and liaise with the finance team for purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
  • Support the product launches, promotional events, and seasonal menu changes.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on product selection and supplier performance.
  • To perform ad hoc duties assigned by F&B General Manager.

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B supply chains, procurement strategies, and vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
