Source and negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, and other F&B-related supplies.
Ensure timely delivery of stock and maintain relationships with vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking based on demand and forecast.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of F&B outlets, coordinate with outlet supervisor and staff to address any operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure all outlets comply with the company’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Regularly review inventory reports to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained across all outlets.
Minimize wastage by monitoring product usage, implementing efficient stock control systems and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare regular reports on procurement, stock levels, and operational performance and liaise with the finance team for purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Support the product launches, promotional events, and seasonal menu changes.
Analyze sales and operational data to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations on product selection and supplier performance.
To perform ad hoc duties assigned by F&B General Manager.

REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of F&B supply chains, procurement strategies, and vendor management.
Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
