Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products and inquiries from customers regarding insurance products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all insurance products offered.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
