  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

  7. Refresh the page.

We are looking for an experienced IT Assistant who will be supporting the day-to-day operations of IT department. This position plays a key role in maintaining computer hardware, software, networks, database maintenance and system security as well as providing IT related support.

Requirements:

· Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

· Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.

· Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.

· Knowledge of system security, data backup/recovery and Firewall/Switches.

· Able to diagnose and troubleshoot complex & basic technical issues.

· In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, networks, database maintenance and system security.

· Able to keep up with IT needs, technical innovation, IT trends and train end-users.

· Fortigate & Palo Alto knowledge will be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
