Storekeeper

Job Description

• MUST be able to handle a forklift (must have competent experience) for loading & unloading material. MUST have motorcycle license as well to follow forklift and guide traffic since forklift will move
• Stock monitoring and inventory control
• Conduct inventory check ensure minimal buffer is adequate and issuing of stock to production.
• Responsible for proper arrangement and identification of raw material and finished goods, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of raw materials and finished goods, etc. with proper handling and storage.
• Ensure practice of first-in-first-out (FIFO) and organize storage area by maximizing storage capacity for raw material and finished goods.
• Regular execution of cycle count and stock take activities.
• Coordinate and monitor all incoming raw material and outgoing finished goods.
• Received and checking all the incoming raw material tally with actual and purchase order (PO) and delivery order (DO).
• Arrange and checking all the outgoing finished goods tally with actual and delivery order (DO).
• Issue and checking all the internal material requisition issue to production.
• Ensure all warehouse facilities & equipment are properly maintained
• To ensure the 5s practice is fully implemented at all time.
• To Assist head of department (HOD) or logistic & warehouse person-incharged from relevant department and subsidiaries for logistic department and warehouse operation.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior or management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
