Client: Japanese MNC electrical / electronic provider
Location: KL (Mid Valley)-reachable by public transport
Working hour/ day : Mon-Fri, 830-1730
Job requirement :
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent with a minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role, preferably within the same industry.
2. Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, law and regulation.
3. Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
4. Experience in general ledger (GL) and reporting is required, with knowledge of SAP considered advantageous.
Job responsibilities :
1. Involve in preparation of the forecasting. budgeting and managing internal control related to SOX compliance.
2. Managing accounting function in related to the monthly closing, report submission, journal posting, operation, etc.
3. Improve accounting systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
4. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
5. Improve functional efficiency and proficient in analysis.
6. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by the management from time-to-time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
