JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Make a call (outbound) for survey or get feedback from Customer or Dealers that send device at Service Center.
  • Respond and manage incoming & outbound calls from customers.
  • Records & answer to customer inquiries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset.
  • Independent and resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
  • Required skill (s): Communication skill, Customer Service, Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills with written and verbal proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
