JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Make a call (outbound) for survey or get feedback from Customer or Dealers that send device at Service Center.
- Respond and manage incoming & outbound calls from customers.
- Records & answer to customer inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum SPM.
- Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset.
- Independent and resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
- Required skill (s): Communication skill, Customer Service, Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills with written and verbal proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
