Recruitment
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment from creating job description, posting job advertisement, screen resume, shortlisting, internal resume processing, attend interviews, reference check process, carry-out internal employment process (after final interview to arrangement of joining day), and up-to on boarding the new hires.
- Arrange, coordinate and participate in job fairs.
- Deal with related government authorities to organize Company job fairs, as and when required.
- Manage in housed Recruitment system and act as a lead for Human Resource personnel in the factories in utilizing the system. Make required improvements with the system.
- Familiarity with applicant resume databases, social media advertisement & various hiring platforms.
- Dealing with appointed Recruitment Agencies to source for the right candidate and manage the full selection and appointment processes.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills to liaise with candidates and to coordinate with Human Resources personnel in the factories.
- Monthly Manpower Requirement & Hiring reporting to Management.
- And any other, related to recruitment function.
Expatriate
- Application of shortening /extension or cancelation of Professional Visit Pass & Employment Pass.
- Application of new Professional Visit Pass & Employment Pass.
- Personal Bond document preparation.
- Familiar with ESD system.
- Overall knowledge in expatriate passes processing is required.
Foreign Worker Management
- Act as a liaison for MYEG & Immigration, related to foreign worker matters.
- Coordinate with Company’s appointed Foreign Worker Agents for all foreign worker arrangements.
- Experienced in FWCMS/e-PLKS system & absconding report, Check out Memo, Special Pass, Update passport and permit renewal.
- Familiar with preparation of document for new quota application and dealing with JTK, MOHR and KDN.
- Experienced in airport clearance during arrival.
- Familiar with FWCMS system and have overall knowledge in all processes related to foreign workers.
- Overall knowledge in foreign workers affairs is required.
Payroll
- Act as one of the Payroll preparer, to update data and records of employees including personal details, employment details, leave, medical claims, Overtime, allowances, etc. monthly.
- Know the procedure of Payroll related submissions to statutory bodies.
- Familiar with all documents related to Payroll for internal updating and controlling.
- Check and verify Contract Worker Attendance submitted by Agents and salary claims submitted, before getting Management approval.
General Affairs
- Liaise with appointed taxi company to book for foreign/local staffs from Company’s group, including for business visits and trips to Malaysia. Document checking for payment arrangement.
- In charge to check, calculate and verify Landscape Company Attendance before getting approval for payment.
- Coordinate Company’ annual event with other personnel in the department.
- Dealing with Port authorities, for issues related to port passes, entry approvals, immigration passes for expatriate and foreign workers.
- Other General Affairs and administrative duties and functions, assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/ Human Resources Development or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in handling full cycle of Recruitment, Expatriate passes and Foreign worker’s management in manufacturing, is a must for this position.
- Able to work longer than normal hours (if required), for urgent and important datelines and assignments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Malaysian Immigration processes, procedures and its related laws. Well versed and experienced in dealing with Immigration, MYEG, embassies and related government bodies.
- Proactive and can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner, detail oriented, committed, proactive, maintain high degree of confidentiality and able to complete assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
- To keep making improvement and propose solutions to challenges faced in the department for the functions handled.
- Salary will commensurate with years of experience, qualification, skills and knowledge.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizen and willing to work at Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah.
- Candidate who could join immediately or having short notice period will be prioritized. Contract and Permanent position is available.
