- Review and prepare Human Resource related documents such as organization charts, employee handbook, performance appraisal forms, SOPs, and workflow
- Strategize, plan, and review manpower resources at organizational level to support business and organizational growth
- Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
- Prepare attendance, leave, and disciplinary records
- Prepare and comply with monthly and yearly statutory submission
- Handle ad-hoc general office administration, travel arrangement, stationeries supply & facilities maintenance
- Review P&L for management analysis and month-end journals
- Data analysis and sales commission
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years and above of relevant working experience
- Have basic knowledge for accounting to calculate KPI.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin due to business nature.
