  • Review and prepare Human Resource related documents such as organization charts, employee handbook, performance appraisal forms, SOPs, and workflow
  • Strategize, plan, and review manpower resources at organizational level to support business and organizational growth
  • Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
  • Prepare attendance, leave, and disciplinary records
  • Prepare and comply with monthly and yearly statutory submission
  • Handle ad-hoc general office administration, travel arrangement, stationeries supply & facilities maintenance
  • Review P&L for management analysis and month-end journals
  • Data analysis and sales commission
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years and above of relevant working experience
  • Have basic knowledge for accounting to calculate KPI.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin due to business nature.
  • Immediate starter is an advantages
  • 5 Days work, Mon to Fri
