Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding:

  • Assist in executing employer branding campaigns that highlight our company’s culture, employee stories, and workplace initiatives.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for improving our employer branding efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR and the Brand team to support recruitment initiatives through targeted social media campaigns.

Content Creation & Curation:

  • Assist in developing engaging and creative content for TikTok and LinkedIn that aligns with our employer branding strategy.
  • Research trending topics and creative ideas to produce relevant and timely content.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to create visual and written content that reflects our company culture, values, and mission.

Community Building:

  • Engage with our online community on TikTok and LinkedIn, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive online community by initiating conversations and encouraging employee participation.
  • Support the creation and management of LinkedIn groups or TikTok challenges to build a sense of community among current and prospective employees.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on the performance of social media content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our employer branding and community-building efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media, employer branding, and community management.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and LinkedIn, including trends, best practices, and platform-specific content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Insights) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in social media management or content creation is a plus but not required.
