Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Drive sales by engaging customers, promoting products, and upselling where appropriate.
• Product Knowledge: Stay knowledgeable about the full range of products and services offered by the company, ensuring you can answer questions and provide detailed information.
• Store Presentation: Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and welcoming store environment, ensuring products are displayed according to company standards.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by consistently delivering excellent service and closing sales.
• Customer Relationships: Build long-lasting customer relationships through friendly, personalized service and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a strong desire to meet sales goals.
• Personality: Friendly, approachable, and confident with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a team environment to achieve collective sales goals.
• Motivation: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
