- To plan and monitor tasks for subordinate and intervene in cases of deviations.
- To monitor network status, analyze all alarms accordingly and escalates to the respective teams when necessary.
- To supervise the subordinates in informing technicians to check on problems reported by the customers and inform the customers accordingly.
- To supervise and check for accuracy of documentation of all communications occurred, preparation of documents for breakdowns and the opening of dockets.
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology/ Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering or any related field
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. On-The-Job training will be provided.
