- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling inquiries, preparing sales reports, and maintaining client records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations for the sales team and clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Process sales orders and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Help organize and support sales events, promotions, and exhibitions.
- Assist in tracking sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Ensure all customer data is updated and maintained confidentially.
- Minimum education level must at least posses Secondary Level / SPM.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent Organizational and Time-management Skills.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, both Written and Verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
