  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations for the sales team and clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Assist in tracking sales performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Ensure all customer data is updated and maintained confidentially.
  • Minimum education level must at least posses Secondary Level / SPM.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent Organizational and Time-management Skills.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, both Written and Verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
