- Answering phone call.
- Goods receiving, checking, labelling and update daily goods receive record.
- Prepare Purchase Order, loan form, Delivery Order, etc.
- Liaise with the supplier for the latest ETA and direct delivery status.
- Arrange & monitor goods delivery by courier.
- Assist with stock take by quarterly.
- Familiar in SQL system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word.
- Other ad-hoc task as assigned.
- Min education is Certificate / Vocational / Diploma with 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is the mandatory as need to coordinate with China supplier.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and organized approach.
