  • Goods receiving, checking, labelling and update daily goods receive record.
  • Prepare Purchase Order, loan form, Delivery Order, etc.
  • Liaise with the supplier for the latest ETA and direct delivery status.
  • Arrange & monitor goods delivery by courier.
  • Assist with stock take by quarterly.
  • Familiar in SQL system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word.
  • Other ad-hoc task as assigned.
  • Min education is Certificate / Vocational / Diploma with 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is the mandatory as need to coordinate with China supplier.
