Perform outbound call to notify customers of delinquent account regarding outstanding and overdue payment.
Negotiate with customers to make workable repayment arrangement.
Explain and clarify with customers on non-payment issues.
Follow up calls with customers.
Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts
To visit houses /commercial premises and collect relevant information when required
To assist collection team’s arrangement with customer when required.
Performs other duties as assigned

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in credit recovery/debt collection
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with targets
Good in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have a valid driving license (D/DA)
