Position Description:
• Effective planning, execution and evaluation of EKS poultry consultation for key customers to help them achieving sustained profitability.
• Provide technical support and farm consultation to Key customers by demonstrate the value beyond products.
Functions, Duties, Tasks:
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing in selecting key customers for EKS poultry and farm consultation before planning and execution.
- Plan and execute EKS and farm consultation to meet or exceed the planned metrics – by quantity and quality.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of KAs and farm consultation on a regular basis (at least once a year) to improve customers value and provide corrective actions to Sr.Technical Consultant Manager
- Subject matters expert in swine through self-study, group discussion, internal and external training, external animal health independent meeting, etc.
- Partner with sales and marketing to ensure Elanco and its Distributors Sales Force are properly train and have sufficient poultry health, disease and management knowledge and skill in order for them to add value when they engage their customers during the field visit.
- Partner with sales and marketing to design Product Experience Trial (PET) Protocol to ensure key customers conduct the PET properly and analysis for final results.
- Partner with marketing in providing supporting technical evidence which is of high quality – objective, credible & balance to support the promotional materials.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to speak or moderate technical programs in order to share his/ her expertise in swine with external customers in an objective, balance and credible manners.
- Request to review quarterly performance with direct supervisor for peak performance achievement.
- AE/PC - Report adverse events and product complaints as per global and local regulatory requirements
- To guide/coach the junior technical consultants on the area required expertise.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures when interacting and promoting products to customers, work with integrity to protect the Elanco brand and business.
Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):
- Bachelor degree in Veterinarian with 2 to 5 years experience
- Prior working experience in the lifestock farm or similar position in the industry is preferred.

- Equip CVS and CRM skills
- Ability on farm data analysis and include in MOFC calculation to demonstrate the best value of investment.

- Ability to priorities or work with conflicting priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
