  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with emergency nursing practices.
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing, with relevant emergency nursing qualifications.
  • Valid nursing license (e.g., from the Malaysian Nursing Board or equivalent).
  • Experience in emergency care, pre-hospital care, or intensive care is highly preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in high-stress environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license and the ability to operate an ambulance (may vary depending on the role and jurisdiction).
