• Evaluates equipment problems and performs minor repairs on both lighting audio-visual equipment • Assist with all events AV needs, ranging from twenty-minute slideshow presentations to large parties with live music and video • Responsibilities may include operation of briefing computers, projectors or other audio-visual equipment in conjunction with video teleconferencing services • Detailed knowledge of a wide range of audio visual (slides, sound mixers, amplifiers speakers, playback systems, compact disc systems) • Ensure compliance with configuration management and change management processes and practices • Maintain and manage all AV/VTC control systems and audio processor software, system drawings, and other documentation in support of engineering design • Managing all public monitors and audio outside of conference rooms • Supporting the KC video conference capabilities, operation and training, while IT owns the actual hardware/software and telephonics • Extensive familiarity audio visual systems and functionality • Work with project managers and contractors to ensure successful rollouts of new locations, and configure new AV equipment on-site as needed • Review and submit comments on the AV designs, drawings and specifications for upcoming locations • Technical training • Routine & Periodical, Preventive & Troubleshooting Maintenance equipment & playout facilities • Implementation of projects based on new customer requirements • Coordination with clients for operations reporting, troubleshooting • Managed teams of producers and engineers • Implement technical and quality standards and ensure compliance • Managed all technical aspects within the facility • Managed stakeholders
