Developer

We are seeking an experienced Developer with 6-9 years of experience to join our AML-KYC team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in shell scripting, KYC processes, and Oracle SQL tuning. This role involves designing and implementing solutions for AML-KYC compliance systems, focusing on performance and functionality. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain solutions to support AML-KYC compliance requirements. Write, test, and optimize shell scripts to automate processes and enhance system efficiency. Leverage KYC domain expertise to design workflows aligned with compliance needs. Perform Oracle SQL tuning to ensure optimal performance of database queries and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability. Required Skills: Expertise in shell scripting for automation and task management. Strong knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance processes. Proficiency in Oracle SQL tuning for performance optimization. Familiarity with data workflows and systems used in AML-KYC environments. Problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with compliance systems and workflows. Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
